MVOT, established in 2009, is a  joint venture between PTSC and  MISC Berhad (MISC), to:

• Investment and provision of FSO Orkid to Repsol Oil and Gas Malaysia Limited (REPSOL) (formerly known as Talisman Malaysia Limited) for the operation in PM3-CAA Block, the overlaping area between Vietnam and Malaysia, contract duration starting from 2009 to December 31 2027; and

• Investment and provision of FSO Golden Star to Idemitsu Gas Production Company (Vietnam) Co., Ltd (IDEMITSU) for the operation in Sao Vang Dai Nguyet Fields, Block 05-1b & 05-1c offshore Vietnam, contract duration for a minimum of 7 years without dry-docking from November 2020 to November 2027.
